Athletic Focus Areas

  • Enhancing speed, acceleration, deceleration, and quick change of direction abilities crucial for many sports such as track and field, football, basketball, soccer, etc.

  • Building muscle strength and explosive power through resistance training, plyometrics, and Olympic lifting to improve performance in activities requiring force production like weightlifting, shot put, sprinting, and tackling.

  • Developing cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and stamina through aerobic and anaerobic training methods, vital for sports such as long-distance running, cycling, swimming, and soccer.

  • Improving joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and overall mobility to prevent injuries, enhance movement efficiency, and optimize performance in activities like gymnastics, martial arts, and dance.
